Prince’s Crown

Prince’s Crown is a pumpkin that has proven to be excellent, because there is no place where it could not or cannot be used. The flesh is thick, juicy, sweet, of fine consistency and dark orange. The plant has a very decorative long stem, well covered with leaves on long stalks. The leaves are most often speckled with white patterns, and the flowers are large, with beautiful orange corollas. Pumpkins are best stored in warm rooms at 16° C. A relative humidity of 70% is very important for long-term storage of the fruit. The size of the storage room is one of the most important factors for pumpkin production. Production can be done without mineral fertilizers or with minimal use of Italpollina organic fertilizers. Prince’s Crown pumpkin requires a lot of manual labor when it comes to harvesting, sorting and packaging.
